ALERTS is an approved clinical study that is being conducted at 100 clinical sites throughout the United States. ALERTS is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the AngelMed Guardian system, an investigational device.

About the Guardian
The AngelMed Guardian system contains an implantable device, designed to monitor your heart and alert you if it detects conditions that may indicate the onset of a heart attack. There are presently over 500 implanted Guardian devices throughout the world.
